2 months of Account Statements for all Asset Accounts

If you have made recent(last 2 months)large deposits to any account,
the underwriter will require, the following prior to final approval:

If large deposit was a gift,
the underwriter will require the following prior to final approval:

INCOME

Salaried Employee

Pay stubs for the last 30 days.

Names and addresses of each employer for previous 2 years

W-2s for previous 2 years

Self-Employed

If you own more than 25% of a business:

Corporate or partnership tax returns.

If self-employed:

	Tax returns for the last three years (with schedules).
	Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statement prepared by an accountant.

If you own rental property:

Tax returns for the last two years and current rental agreements.
